Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at glamglimmerboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll respond with return instructions and shipping information.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right!
